The Daily Trivia and The Daily Letters are published by Alexey Kononenko, using KONMAK GAMES as the developer/display name. These Terms and Conditions explain the basic rules for using these apps.

Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using The Daily Trivia or The Daily Letters, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
If you download The Daily Trivia or The Daily Letters from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the apps in addition to applicable app store terms.
Eligibility
The Daily Trivia and The Daily Letters are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the apps.
App License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Daily Trivia and The Daily Letters for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable app store terms.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the apps or their content
- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code except where allowed by law
- scrape, crawl, automate, or misuse the apps or hosted content endpoints
- interfere with app security, hosting, analytics, ads, or service operation
- use the apps in a way that violates law or infringes another person's rights

The Daily Trivia and The Daily Letters may show contextual, non-personalized ads. Ads may appear at natural breaks in the app experience. Ad availability and ad behavior may change over time.

We may update, change, suspend, or stop parts of The Daily Trivia or The Daily Letters, including app features, hosted content, runtime configuration, analytics, and ads. We may require an app update if an older version is no longer supported.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Armenia, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts located in Yerevan, Armenia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
